Delivery & returns

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is $5.95 per order. Delivery is included for product subtotals of $100 or more. The order summary shows the total before submission.

Product handling

Measure actual clearance below furniture and allow room around the charging dock. Area ratings describe a selection guide, not a guaranteed runtime. Remove loose cords and follow the floor-care guidance.

Before requesting a return

Contact support@sweepnest.shop with the order reference and item details. Keep packaging and do not return a product without receiving return instructions. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability

Delivery eligibility and timing must be confirmed for the destination. Installation or assembly services are not included.
